This client was building a SaaS product targeting the manufacturing industry. Cedrus Software worked with Work Order Pro to define and create a minimum viable product from wireframes to working software. Through an iterative design process with Work Order Pro and their customers, we created a MVP to be used to test market fit and raise capital for further development.

This client, a veterinary a startup, had an existing software product developed for them, but they didn't have the knowledge internally to make improvements. Cedrus Software worked with Peeva to make the needed product improvements, but also worked to establish a process for any future software development: - A testing environment was set up for quality assurance - Cedrus Software guided onboarding of additional engineers - Updated tech stack to follow latest best practices.

This client provided medical software which analyszes images submitted by their customers. Their existing software only supported modern cameras which used the DICOMWeb standard. Cedrus Software created an IoT device which enabled older equipment to submit images to their platform using the DICOMWeb standard. This device significantly increased their number of potential customers by eliminating the need for any expensive medical equipment.
